Role Overview

The Governors of this friendly high school are looking to appoint an intelligent, resourceful and conscientious examinations officer. The postholder will take responsibility for the organisation and administration of examinations and associated administration within our school. They will also have admissions responsibilities.

• Organise and administer examinations in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for examination outcomes.
• Support admissions processes as required.
• Collaborate with the admin team and wider school staff.

• Prior experience of examination administration and compliance with exam regulations (ideal but not essential).
• Self‑motivated, organised, able to work well under pressure and with great attention to detail.
• Willingness to uphold the Catholic ethos and policies of the school.

• Passport/ – documentary proof of right to work in the UK.
• Qualifications/registrations applicable to the role.
• Proof of right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Applicants must undergo a fully enhanced DBS check. If you have lived or worked abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years or 12 months or more in the last 10 years while aged 18 or over, you will need a Certificate of Good Character. Details:
