Pinewood Group is seeking a proactive Facilities Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and administrative duties within our FS department. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will help raise purchase orders, manage invoices, and track budget expenditure while ensuring accurate records and timely responses to client requests.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
