Fostering Administrator

An Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Fostering Administrator for their fostering service that covers North West
. This is a permanent and full-time position that is hybrid working (three days a week in the office).

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)

This Independent Fostering Agency is an established fostering service in the North West with a focus is to achieve positive experiences for the children and young people looked after by our dedicated foster carers.

• Provide administrative support to the fostering team.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of foster carers and children.
• Coordinate foster carer applications, assessments, and training.
• Organize fostering panel meetings and prepare relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with fostering regulations, safeguarding requirements, and data protection standards.
• Process payments, invoices, and other financial administration tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for foster carers, social workers, and external agencies.
• Produce reports, update databases, and support audits and inspections.
• Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and general office administration.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Fostering Administrator
.

• Up to £26.325.50
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
