Annual Review Coordinator Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid, Temporary Contract

Location:

Hybrid (2 days in office, 2 days from home) We are seeking an Annual Review Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for the comprehensive and professional delivery of the Local Authority’s statutory duty to review Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling high caseloads and be familiar with the statutory frameworks involved.

Day-to-day of the role:
Track and log EHCP review dates using Microsoft Office and Capita ONE Upload review paperwork using IT systems including Capita ONE Update tracking spreadsheets/databases Flag overdue reports or missing paperwork to Officers and schools Maintain confidential records securely Book meeting rooms / online meetings for officers Coordinate dates with parents/carers, young person, SENCO, teachers. therapists, external professionals Send invitations and reminders Take minutes and prepare paperwork for parental meetings Chase outstanding and overdue paperwork from schools Draft basic amendments on EHCPS under the supervision of Officers Issue and finalise EHCPS on Capita ONE Carry out administration tasks using Microsoft packages, Sharepoint and Capita ONE Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Ability to use own initiative, keen eye for detail, can work under pressure to timescales and has excellent proficient IT skills Recent and relevant experience in a specialist area involving multi-professional assessment. Experience in a special educational needs context within a Local Authority or statutory body. Experience working with parents, schools, and other agencies in relevant areas of work.

Experience of planning within a statutory framework. Proficiency in extracting information from a range of data sources and presenting it in different formats according to the audience. Working understanding of the Children’s and Families Act and the statutory process for an Education, Health and Care Plan. Working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice. Degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience.

Must have experience with Capita One, SharePoint, Teams, and the Microsoft package. Benefits:
