Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist Wroughton Monday to Thursday - 9:00am – 5:00pm;
Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm Temporary Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client based in Wroughton

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and managing incoming telephone calls. Taking accurate messages. Booking patient appointments. Providing a professional and friendly service to patients both over the phone and face-to-face. Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Previous reception or administration experience within a healthcare setting. Experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Receptionist, or working within an opticians, dental practice, or similar clinical environment would be highly desirable. Additional Information:
This is a patient-facing role, so you must be confident interacting with patients in person and providing excellent customer service.
