A typical day as a Operational Support Administrator

As a Operational Support Administrator
, you’ll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you. You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.
You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
This is a part time role, working Wednesday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, fully onsite in our office in Trafford Park.
What you’ll be doing- Receive and fulfil paperwork orders from Trainers and to facilitate course delivery
- Receive and fulfil paperwork orders from customers for a range of re-sale items
- Generating shipping labels
- Monitor and record stock levels for future courses
- Raise accurate purchase order numbers
- Keep team excel tracker up to date with relevant information
- Archiving and filing paperwork from completed courses
- Data entry through keeping records up to date
- Loading, preparing & lifting products as part of daily picking and packing responsibilities.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to get things done and works well with others to make it happen.
You don’t need to tick every single box, but you’ll likely bring:
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
- Experience of administrative tasks
- Problem solving ability
- Experience with multiple IT systems including Excel
- Willingness to complete full manual handling training in line with role
