You’ll be joining our Patient Services Team within our office called Support Centre , which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG
).
The role is a permanent contract and part time (hours below):
Monday – 1pm – 5pm

As a Reception Administrator, you’ll be:
Provide a professional, welcoming and customer-focused front-of-house reception service for colleagues, visitors, contractors and external stakeholders
Maintain a visible presence at the Front Desk Reception and act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages and directing enquiries appropriately
Receive, sort, distribute and coordinate all incoming and outgoing post, parcels and courier deliveries
Greet visitors, manage the sign-in process and ensure guests are directed to the appropriate location or host
Arrange business travel for colleagues, including the booking of flights, trains, hotels and associated travel requirements.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
