Responsibilities include:
- Processing customers orders, dealing with stock enquiries, processing through to despatch Raising sales orders and handling any late/missing deliveries Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for stock Dealing with a variety of customer telephone enquiries and emails Working closely with the warehouse team and booking courier and pallet collections via third party logistics Maintaining the Sage 200 database and stock management system Undertaking stock, buying and stock control duties General administrative tasks, as required This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced customer services administrator who wants tow undertake a varied role with an employer where you shall feel truly valued.
