Bid Coordinator

Hybrid – Manchester (3 days office / 2 days home)

Working within a close-knit, supportive work winning team, you'll play a key role in the management and delivery of high-value bid submissions, working closely with the Bid Coordinator team, the Bid Manager, Head of Work Winning and the wider team to maximise the practice's success.

Key Duties
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentation
  • materials
  • Overseeing the end-to-end bid process and ensuring the bid procedures are followed correctly
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions,
  • reviewing information that is provided for bids to ensure consistency and accuracy, excellent proof-reading skills are essential
  • Design layouts for bids and tenders, collating relevant images and graphics for submissions
  • Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping, including for staff CVs, project case studies and photographs, filed in accordance with practice standards
  • Report on and understand the principles of winning bids and analysis with those stakeholders
Experience Required
  • Excellent InDesign skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with dealing with people of all levels of seniority and ability to adjust your communication style to manage your stakeholders
  • Experience in bids or tenders would be great, but not essential
