We're partnering with a leading national business to recruit two Credit Administrators to join a high-performing team during an exciting period of change and growth.

This is far more than a standard administration role. You'll play a vital part in supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of customer accounts, ensuring credit applications, account amendments and payment details are processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels.

• Processing new customer credit applications and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
• Conducting credit checks and reviewing customer information against company policies
• Managing credit limit increases, payment term changes and account amendments
• Contacting customers to obtain and verify Direct Debit details
• Maintaining accurate customer records across SAP and payment platforms
• Performing audit checks to ensure applications are processed correctly and error-free
• Investigating missing information and proactively resolving issues
• Working closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Branch teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Supporting account closures and customer master data maintenance

• Previous experience in Credit Administration, Finance Administration or Customer Administration
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Experience of SAP would be advantageous
