We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute administrative support to the delivery of taught Master's and Undergraduate programmes within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:- Dealing with student enquiries via email, on the phone and face-to-face.
- Maintaining student records and updating university systems accurately.
- Producing official documentation such as letters and programme handbooks.
- Updating programme and course unit information in Canvas and Campus Solutions.
- Assisting students with the registration process and providing administrative support for teaching staff and students.

Essential Criteria :- Experience of working with administrative processes.
- Good oral and written communication skills with an ability to deal with a wide range of people.
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritise work in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Digital literacy, with a familiarity with standard IT packages.
- Competent in the use of databases and student systems.
- Administrative experience within a higher education environment supporting programme administration
