Temporary Administrative Officer (AO x1)

We're hiring for a reputed client looking for a friendly, reliable Temporary Administrative Officer to provide day-to-day administrative support and help keep office processes running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, sorting out details, and ensuring things happen on time, this could be the role for you.
What you'll be doing:- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, then submitting results in written reports
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes to ensure they're followed consistently
- Supporting admin-related liaison with internal and/or external contacts
- Preparing routine correspondence and handling day-to-day office tasks
- Supporting with stationary ordering and booking meeting rooms
- Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
- Being a helpful "front-of-house" presence-welcoming and, where needed, showing people around the office
- Resolving queries and providing support to the wider team (including being willing to support staff kitchen arrangements)
- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language (or equivalent)
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience)
- Strong administrative experience with good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
- Clear communication skills-comfortable writing and speaking professionally
- A reliable, punctual approach-able to turn up daily and follow set procedures
- A presentable, outgoing, friendly and helpful working style, with confidence around people
- The ability to exercise some independent judgement under general supervision
- A practical, solution-focused mindset-able to tackle queries calmly and effectively
- Full-time office-based role
- Training will be provided on site
