ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – STUDENT SERVICES - Required As Soon As Possible
Band 3: £26,847 to £29,071 (SCP 6 to 11)
To work full time (36.25 hours per week), full year
Monday – Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm (including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Annual Leave – 26 days plus Bank Holidays increasing to 31 days after 5 years service

Are you looking for a varied and rewarding administrative role in a vibrant secondary school with over 1,600 pupils? Blessed Thomas Holford Catholic College is seeking a proactive and organised Admin Officer to join our busy Student Services team.

About the role:
  • Front-line, student-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Support for attendance, first aid, reception, and student welfare
  • Manage Bromcom database and generate key reports
  • Support SLT and Pastoral Team with admin tasks
  • Handle student incidents and liaise with parents
  • Provide admin support for events and flexible cover across the admin team
  • Contribute to efficient service systems
We are looking for:
  • A team player with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with young people
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly, professional, and flexible approach
  • Previous experience in administration (school experience desirable, but not essential)
