We are recruiting a Data Entry Administrator to join a busy International Student Admissions team in Central Manchester. This is a temporary ongoing assignment, initially until the end of October, with the potential to be extended.

Key Duties:

Accurate data entry and record management
Managing and triaging queries through shared inboxes
Processing admissions-related information
Responding to routine enquiries and escalating where required
General administrative support to the admissions team
Requirements:
Previous administration and data entry experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience managing busy inboxes desirable
Confident using Microsoft Office applications

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
Thursday office attendance is mandatory
Attendance required during Welcome Week and Student Recruitment Days This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced higher education environment while supporting international student admissions.
