Manchester City Centre
£28,000 – £31,000
My client are a national Professional Services Firm based in Manchester City Centre who are looking to expand their support team and recruit a Front of House Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Receptionist or come from a Hospitality, Events or Facilities background. The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously and using their own initiative.
As a Front of House Receptionist your duties will include:
* Ensure the Reception area is maintained to a high standard
* Meet and greet all visitors and clients
* Manage meeting room booking requests, providing refreshments where necessary
* Assist with setting up of onsite events
* Managing the day-to-day distribution of post
As a Front of House Receptionist you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
* Previous experience working within hospitality or guest services is ideal
* Highly organised and strong attention to detail
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
Please note:
The hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
