A front-of-house and administrative post at Queen Elizabeth's School, part of the Ted Wragg Trust, covering reception duties for students, parents, staff and visitors. The work centres on first impressions at the desk, alongside general clerical support for a range of school functions and welcoming guests at school events. The role is part-time at 17 hours across Mondays and Fridays, with the postholder moving between both campuses.
An enhanced DBS check is required, and the advert may close early.
- Provide front-of-house and reception services for visitors
- Deliver an efficient service to students, parents and staff
- Give general clerical and administrative support across a wide range of functions
- Welcome visitors at school events
