Master Technician

Location: Salford

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Master Technician to join our client’s reputable automotive dealership based in Trafford Park.

Duties:

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults as a Master Technician
Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
Support and mentor junior technicians in the workshop environment
Accurately complete job cards, digital reports, and documentation
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Keep technical knowledge current through manufacturer training and certifications

Requirements:

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
Proven experience as a Master Technician within the motor trade
Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
Manufacturer training, EV, MOT, or F-Gas certifications are advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and focus on quality
