We are recruiting for a highly skilled Master Technician to join our client's reputable automotive dealership based in Trafford Park. Benefits- Basic salary up to £44,600, dependent on skills and experience
- Uncapped bonus scheme with OTE up to £48,800

- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults as a Master Technician
- Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Support and mentor junior technicians in the workshop environment
- Accurately complete job cards, digital reports, and documentation
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Keep technical knowledge current through manufacturer training and certifications
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Master Technician within the motor trade
- Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Manufacturer training, EV, MOT, or F-Gas certifications are advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and focus on quality
