Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with our brands before; we provide comprehensive product training. Even if you lack automotive experience, as long as you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you. We can quickly fill any gaps with our extensive training program.

• Identify damage to vehicles and missing items and follow the damage and discrepancy procedure, filling out the forms to claim back through Gefco and our warranty system with our warranty administrator.
• Work with the used car sales manager in the maintenance and prices of the used cars stored on the pitch.
• Offer flexibility to ensure all roles within the Sales, Fleet, Service, Rental Departments such as fueling vehicles for delivery, P.D.I., daily tax runs to Post Office and DVLA.
• Collect and deliver customers vehicles punctually and carefully ensuring a full inspection is carried out on the vehicle before and after delivery.
• Always ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, by ensuring the timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles.
• Maximise additional service, sales, parts, rental opportunities by actively promoting all departments.
• Effectively work within the dealership team to always ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
