Aftersales Advisor

Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive reputable dealership in the Manchester area.

Our Client is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to work within their busy Aftersales department. The ideal Aftersales Advisor will have a flexible and can-do attitude and will offer fantastic customer service.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
OTE of approximately £32,000 including bonuses -£2,000 performance-based bonus
30 days holiday including bank holidays
Office-based role with Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm
Immediate start available, ideally by 23/03/2026

Duties:

Meeting and greeting Service Customers and identifying their requirements
Taking Aftersales Department Bookings
Advising Customers on any additional work that is required and gaining authorisation for that work
Sourcing and Supplying parts and liaising with the workshop to chase work in progress

Specification:

You will have a previous working experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor or Parts Advisor

Experience with in Motor Trade DMS systems
Confident in Upselling
Full UK Driving Licence Working as an Aftersales Advisor for our client, you can expect a basic salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of £32,000.
