SMART Repairer

We are representing a well-established automotive retailer in Manchester, seeking a skilled SMART Repairer to join their busy Bodyshop team.

• Salary of £34,000 plus performance bonus, with a £40,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota - 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

• Flexible working options where possible Duties of a SMART Repairer:
• Carry out SMART repairs to vehicles ensuring high standards of workmanship
• Prepare vehicles to a consistent, high-quality finish as a SMART Repairer
• Identify and report any additional repair requirements for customers and management
• Work collaboratively with the Bodyshop team to ensure workflow efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and repair techniques in line with manufacturer standards
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through quality repairs
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly Requirements of a SMART Repairer:
• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or in a similar automotive Bodyshop role
• Essential motor trade experience
• A full UK driving licence
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding work
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
