This opportunity is ideal for experienced Level 3 Service and Diagnostic Vehicle Technicians seeking a role that offers stability, competitive pay, and career growth. As a Vehicle Technician at this family-run business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Up to £40,000 basic salary with the potential to earn up to £46,000 OTE including bonuses
- Working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 6am to 6pm, offering excellent work-life balance

- Conducting routine vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturers' standards across multiple brands
- Diagnosing complex faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Performing mechanical repairs, including large and intricate jobs
- Assisting the workshop team with diagnostics and repairs as needed
- Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and within specified time frames
- Accurately recording repair, maintenance, and diagnostic details in line with workshop procedures
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in automotive servicing or diagnostics
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and large mechanical repairs
- Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT qualification advantageous but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
