- Competitive OTE £35,700, with salary to be discussed at interview

- Conduct routine and complex vehicle maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
- Ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of work performed in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools
- Support the ongoing training and development of colleagues
- Attend a two-day residential induction academy to familiarise with the company's processes and standards
- Stay up-to‑date with the latest automotive technology, including electric vehicles
- Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification as a Vehicle Technician
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an automotive technician
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
