Vehicle Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their reputable workshop in Manchester. The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and services, contributing to a professional and friendly working environment. Standard working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Duties:

Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a broad spectrum of vehicles efficiently and to a high standard
Conducting inspections and ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications
Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken and parts used
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality service
Supporting team members, including mentoring junior staff where required
Adhering to health and safety procedures within the workshop

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar setting
Full UK driving licence is essential
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems
Experience working on a variety of vehicle types, including electric and LCVs, is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic attitude towards continual skills development and keeping up-to-date with automotive technology
