The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:

* Research and target prospects across multiple sectors.

* Run smart, multi-channel outreach (Linked In, email, phone).

* Book high-quality meetings for senior sales managers.

* Qualify leads, maintain clean CRM data, and track outcomes.

* Work closely with marketing and senior sales leaders to build campaigns and improve messaging.

* Base: £24,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

* Commission:
Uncapped, 5% on deals you originate

* OTE: £50k year one, £80k year two
