Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus/OTE (depending on experience)

Full‑Time, Permanent

Hours:

Monday-Friday (occasional travel and flexible hours required)

About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Commercial / Business Development Manager (AV) to lead growth initiatives across the AV market from our Manchester base. You'll be responsible for driving new business, building strong commercial relationships, and helping shape strategic sales plans to expand our presence in corporate, education, and event‑focused sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AV industry.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving revenue growth.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
Maintain and grow key client relationships, acting as the primary commercial contact.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure recommended solutions meet client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and contribute to contract development.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to influence strategy.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record in business development, sales management, or commercial roles.

Experience with in the AV, IT, tech integration, or related sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident working independently and driving initiatives to close deals.
Strong commercial acumen and customer‑focused mindset.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
