Frazer-Nash Consultancy is recruiting a Market Group Manager covering our Cyber and Intelligence business activities. This role leads our go-to-market activity in the MOD Cyber & Specialist Command, Defence Digital and Defence Intelligence Markets. You will engage with MOD and Industry Clients and lead an existing team to develop a profitable portfolio of work.
Location: Hybrid working pattern. Role can be undertaken across all UK office locations, with Bristol being the preferable location.
Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

What you’ll be doing- Oversee business development across key defence, engineering, and technology sectors, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline, performance, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Line manager for a group of Business Managers, providing functional leadership, coaching and mentoring.
- Strong ability to enhance business development and boost sales, ideally in the UK s Defence Nuclear Enterprise, but applicable to wider defence, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Ability to engage with technical teams and translate complex offerings into business value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organised professional with a strategic mindset and a results-driven attitude.
- Background in consulting is advantageous.
- Existing network within defence primes, government agencies, or related industries.
- Experience with framework agreements and public sector bids.
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
