The Role

As a Business Development Executive in our recruitment business, you will focus exclusively on the client-facing side of the recruitment lifecycle. Your primary objective is to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with high-growth tech firms and established enterprises. You will act as a consultative partner, selling our bespoke talent partnership services and helping businesses solve their most complex hiring challenges.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Acquisition:
    Identify and pursue new client opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite, HR Leaders, and Hiring Managers.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Understand client business goals to offer tailored staffing solutions, from permanent hiring to exclusive talent partnerships.
  • Pitching & Proposals:
    Lead client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to contract negotiation.
  • Strategic Growth:
    Develop and execute account plans to diversify revenue streams within existing and new client portfolios.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with our internal Delivery Team to ensure high‑quality fulfilment of the roles you win.

    Proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment business development, ideally within the Professional Services or Technology sectors.
