• A proactive Product Manager with a strong B2C track record, ideally in growth and / or engagement.
• Proven experience designing and leading acquisition, activation and retention strategies.
• A deeply customer-centric mindset - you instinctively get under the skin of user behaviour and motivation.
• High analytical rigour and a love for breaking down complex problems into elegant, testable solutions.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative, outcome-focused energy with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
