ANS is looking for an experienced Sales Director - AI Business Solutions to lead and grow our AI-focused sales division. You’ll drive new business, expand existing accounts, and develop a high‑performing sales team while strengthening our Microsoft partnership.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver annual sales targets across Microsoft & Professional Services.
- Lead acquisition of new customers in Commercial & Public Sector.
- Drive growth in existing accounts through full transformation journeys.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft to drive co‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery and SLT to maximise customer outcomes.
- Strong leadership experience in AI Business Solutions (D365, BC, Power Platform).
- Proven track record delivering sales growth across Commercial & Public Sector.
- Experience scaling sales functions and managing large teams.
- Excellent C‑suite communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen (T&Cs, procurement, stakeholder management).
- ✔ Enjoys complex problem-solving and strategic leadership.
- ✔ Confident engaging with senior executives.
- ✔ Passionate about coaching and developing sales talent.
