Location: Manchester / North West
Application Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject.
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme.

Understanding the roles available to a Business Graduate:
Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BAs consider people, processes, technology, and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
Project Manager (PM): Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery within budget. Assists in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement during the project lifecycle.
Project Management Officer (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, oversees governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management, providing performance insights to senior management.
Product Manager: Orchestrates product development, launch, and ongoing success. Defines product vision, creates roadmaps, prioritises features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and stakeholder resonance.
