ACE Money Transfer is looking to hire a Strategic Partnerships Executive.
Responsibilities- Address day-to-day inquiries and resolve escalations from banks and payment processors.
- Address day-to-day inquiries from internal stakeholders about our numerous partners.
- Build and sustain high-quality, collaborative relationships with existing partners to foster trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and rapid issue resolution.
- Conduct research to identify lead generation opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem.
- Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to inform strategic initiatives.
- Gather and interpret data to support targeted relationship strategies and recommend growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute initiatives that expand and strengthen partner relationships.
- Participate in and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company's partnership goals.
- Work with partners to maximise the potential of existing collaborations through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.
- Monitor partner KPIs and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance processes and optimise the partner relationship experience.
- Maintain detailed records of partner engagements, ensuring alignment with internal standards and objectives.
