Role Description

The Service Consultant role is a 6‑month maternity leave cover, responsible for managing all aspects of contractor support throughout the duration of their assignment with Airswift.

The role works closely with internal stakeholders including Payroll, Legal, Recruitment and Account Management teams to ensure a high‑quality, compliant and seamless service is delivered to both clients and contractors.

Principle Accountabilities:
Onboarding
  • Deliver end‑to‑end onboarding for contractors, completing all pre‑assignment activities to ensure a timely and fully compliant start.
  • Coordinate and schedule required drug screens, medical assessments and compliance checks.
  • Draft, issue and secure signed contracts for assignment ahead of start dates.
  • Manage visa applications, travel arrangements and mobilisation logistics where required.
Ongoing Contractor Care
  • Provide ongoing contractor support throughout assignments, enabling contractors to remain focused on delivery and project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular 6/8 weekly check‑in calls to monitor performance, wellbeing and engagement.
  • Track contract end dates in partnership with the sales team and issue contract extensions to prevent out‑of‑contract working.
  • Arrange rotational travel and ad hoc business travel in line with assignment requirements.
Offboarding
  • Deliver end‑of‑assignment support to ensure a smooth and compliant offboarding experience.
  • Notify the sales team of assignment completions to support redeployment opportunities.
  • Issue end‑of‑assignment contractual documentation in line with policy and compliance requirements.
  • Manage de‑mobilisation logistics, including visas, travel and repatriation where applicable.
Skills, Knowledge, and

Experience:
  • Friendly and approachable working manner.
  • MS Office Skills (Excel and Word).
