The Opportunity
As a Partnerships Manager at Legal Vision, you'll be responsible for nurturing and growing our network of referral partners across England and Wales, which encompasses professional services firms, VC firms and tech platforms.
Your responsibilities will be focused on executing our partnerships strategy to acquire new clients and increase partnership sourced revenue. You will:
- be the key relationship manager for our strategic partners and work with them to ensure their clients' legal needs are exceptionally well looked after by Legal Vision
- build long-lasting relationships with industry stakeholders, proactively manage their engagement, and report on the results of partner initiatives
- grow our partner network to maintain a consistent flow of inbound partner sourced referral leads, such as through project managing co-branded events and targeted marketing campaigns
- provide product and industry training to our partners' internal teams to ensure high quality leads and strong conversions
- work alongside Legal Vision's Growth leaders to ensure end-to-end performance is maximised and partnerships KPIs are consistently exceeded
While prior experience in the legal industry will be beneficial in this role, it's not a prerequisite.
The Ideal Candidate- Strong B2B sales or partnerships experience (preferably 3+ years)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently
- Experience working with a business where SMEs are the end customer
- A self-starter and organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
- Commercially minded and growth focused
- A relationship builder with experience in developing partner programs
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrives under pressure
