We’re looking for an experienced
** Client Administrator
** to join our Employee Benefits team in Manchester. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, providing high-quality administrative and consultative support, and helping deliver a first-class employee benefits experience.

You’ll support a team of consultants by managing a portfolio of client Employee Benefits. These include
** Group Personal Pension (GPP), Group Life Assurance (GLA), Critical Illness Cover (CIC), Group Income Protection (GIP), Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Health Cash Plans (HCP), Dental and Travel Insurance.
** You will also act as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring their benefits are administered efficiently while supporting consultants in delivering tailored solutions.
** What we’re looking for (essential)
*** experience in an employee benefits-related role
* strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* proactive, able to work independently while collaborating with a team
* positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
** What you’ll be doing
*** managing and administrating a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients
* working closely with consultants to ensure clients’ needs are met, including attending client meetings where required
* maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients
* managing client affairs promptly and accurately
* planning, prioritising, and organising your workload to meet agreed service standards
* building effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
