Betable Group are experts in the iGaming and Fintech markets, specialising in Casino Operations and Technology. As we scale our international footprint, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of our Philippine-facing gambling platform and drive its continued growth across the region.

This is a key leadership role within the Product function, suited to an experienced product professional who has delivered multiple digital products or complex initiatives over several years and is ready to take ownership at platform level.

You will operate across international teams and business units, aligning commercial objectives, regulatory considerations, and customer experience to build a scalable, high-performing platform.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the Manchester office to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams.

This opportunity is ideal for:
  • A product professional with multiple years of experience across several products or major initiatives who is ready to step into broader platform ownership and people leadership, or
  • An established Senior Product Manager seeking greater strategic scope and international growth exposure.
Within your first 12 months, success in this role would include:
  • Successfully scaling the Philippine platform to generate significant and sustained revenue growth.
  • Supporting and delivering multiple product launches within the Philippine market.
  • Establishing a clear, prioritised roadmap aligned to regional commercial objectives.
  • Optimise a high-performing, accountable team of Product Managers.
  • Implementing consistent product discovery, delivery, and optimisation frameworks.
  • Strengthening cross-functional collaboration across international teams.
  • Partnering effectively with the Head of Product to optimise and scale the product function in line with company growth ambitions.
Platform Strategy & Scaling
  • Define and communicate a clear, outcome-driven product vision aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Own and prioritise a roadmap that balances rapid delivery with long-term platform scalability.
  • Identify regional growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insight, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure the platform supports increasing user volumes, revenue expansion, and additional product launches within the Philippines.
International & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate across multiple geographies and business units to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and regional commercial teams.
  • Act as the senior product escalation point within your platform domain.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve competing priorities effectively.
People Leadership & Product Function Development
  • Line manage and develop Product Managers, setting clear expectations and accountability.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers to strengthen commercial thinking and delivery standards.
  • Partner with the Head of Product to build, structure, and optimise the product function as the business scales.
Commercial & Performance Ownership
  • Use analytics and experimentation to drive measurable improvements.
  • Ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in commercial impact and strategic return.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
  • Partner closely with Compliance teams to ensure adherence to international gambling regulations and responsible gaming standards.
  • Embed regulatory thinking into product planning and feature development.
Essential
  • Product Management experience delivering complex digital products or platforms.
  • Experience working across multiple products, market launches, or significant cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with in iGaming, gambling, betting, fintech, or another regulated digital environment.
  • Proven ownership of a roadmap delivering measurable commercial impact.
  • Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers.
  • Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision‑making.
Desirable
  • Experience scaling platforms in growth‑stage businesses.
  • Exposure to Southeast Asian or emerging markets.
  • Experience building or refining product processes within scaling organisations.
  • Experience collaborating across international or multi‑regional teams.
