We’re seeking a motivated Internal Client Relationship Manager to join a growing team in Altrincham. This role is ideal for someone with proven B2B sales experience who thrives on building relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service or somebody from a recruitment background looking to make the move into sales.

• Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies working with temporary contractors
• Generate referrals through proactive calls and emails
• Prospect and grow a portfolio of around 200 accounts
• Provide clear communication on products, services, and industry updates
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software
• Support business expansion projects alongside the Sales Director

• Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Experience with cold calling and other sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
