Key Responsibilities:
- Driving profitable revenue growth by partnering with Sales and Marketing and Product teams, providing financial insight, performance analysis, and strategic challenge to ensure campaigns, partnerships, and incentives deliver sustainable margin and ROI
- Monitoring KPIs (sales, partner performance, ROI, contribution margin)
- Producing performance dashboards and reports; measuring incremental uplift vs baseline
- Identifying risks and opportunities in trading performance
- Supporting budgeting and re-forecasting processes
- Building financial models for new partnerships or campaigns
- Partnering with the Product teams to ensure new features and initiatives are commercially viable and align with the commercial strategy.
- Supporting cross-functional projects involving Product, Commercial, and Sales
- Helping define success metrics and financial KPIs at project outset. Track financial impact post-launch and assess ROI
- Supporting pricing decisions and commercial negotiations and help evaluate contract terms and commercial structures
- Scenario modelling for revenue growth initiatives
- Supporting long-term commercial strategy
- Professional certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting, with advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge and understanding of using SQL / Big Query / data tools is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
- Management accounts knowledge and experience desirable
- Understanding of revenue recognition and commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
