About the TeamThe Ratings Strategy and Analytics team delivers high‑quality strategic analysis to support business transformation initiatives, including developing business cases, analyzing operational performance, and reviewing processes to identify re‑engineering opportunities.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Support and eventually own aspects of monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management (operational metrics, productivity reporting, etc.).
- Support the development of presentations communicating Fitch’s business and operational strategies, objectives, and plans to senior management and executive audiences.
- Assist with visualizing data in Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Assist with automation and efficiency in producing regular reporting and analysis.
- Compile and analyze data from multiple internal sources to build clear insights on Fitch’s operations and business performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work with large datasets to mine and analyze varying types of data to draw out appropriate insights and present them coherently to senior internal stakeholders using various reporting tools.
- Ability to multi‑task effectively and prioritize different assignments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative nature, a team player who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic knowledge or experience with Alteryx and Power BI.
- Prior credit ratings experience or knowledge.
