Bid and Proposal Co‑Ordinator

Manchester | Hybrid

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client
, a growing digital construction consultancy, for a Bid and Proposal Co‑Ordinator to take ownership of bids, proposals and inbound enquiries.

This is a central, commercial role working closely with senior leadership, marketing, business development and technical teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand submissions are delivered on time.

The Role
  • Own the end‑to‑end bid and proposal process: planning, writing, coordination, review and submission
  • Act as first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying and routing opportunities
  • Write clear, persuasive proposals, tenders, PQQs and capability documents
  • Coordinate input from internal stakeholders and manage deadlines
  • Maintain proposal and pipeline data in the CRM
  • Track outcomes and capture win/loss feedback
  • Improve templates, content libraries and bid processes
  • Use AI tools to support drafting and analysis, with appropriate judgement
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in bids, proposals or tenders within professional services
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client‑facing approach
  • Strong Adobe InDesign skills
  • Solid Microsoft 365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Desirable:
  • Construction / engineering / architecture sector experience
  • Exposure to BIM, Information Management or ISO 19650
  • CRM experience
