You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with the performance and discoverability team, creative, content production and data teams to deliver work that performs. A background in professional or financial services is a strong advantage - you'll hit the ground running with clients who operate in regulated, complex environments.

- Demonstrable experience working on performance marketing accounts (paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, or similar)
- Confident managing senior client stakeholders independently

- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and billing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with professional services or financial services clients (e.g. legal, accountancy, insurance, banking, wealth management)
- Familiarity with regulated marketing environments and the nuances that come with them
- Experience working with or managing a performance or data team within an agency
