The Propositions Manager is responsible for designing, owning and evolving compelling propositions that meet customer and partner needs, drive revenue growth, and support strategic objectives.

This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, sales, marketing and operations, translating market insight and customer requirements into clear, commercially viable propositions that can be effectively sold and delivered.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of propositions, from concept to launch and in‑life management
• Develop propositions aligned to market demand, customer needs and business strategy
• Build and maintain business cases including pricing, margin and cost assumptions
• Work closely with Finance to ensure propositions meet margin and revenue targets
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations teams
• Act as the central point of coordination for proposition‑related change
• Lead proposition launches and internal readiness
• Track proposition performance against KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory change

• Experience in a proposition, commercial, or product role
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to articulate clear customer value
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with pricing, incentives, and cross‑selling

Unfortunately, we can’t offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role. This role is hybrid, with three days per week from our office.
