01. We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst role in a Management Consulting company based in Manchester. The company is an independent consulting firm that assists businesses in decreasing payment expenses by optimising card processing, interchange, cash flow, and implementing PIN and PINless payment acceptance, as well as developing payment strategies and implementing big data analytics. The firm is looking for creative applicants that are self‑starters with excellent numerical and problem‑solving abilities and have some previous job experience to back up their claims.

• Degree with at least a 2:1 (or European equivalent) – preferably a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, science, or a similar field with a strong numeracy component.
• Some job experience demonstrated through internships or other means.
• Critical thinking abilities, and capacity to use logic, creativity, and problem‑solving approaches.
• Microsoft Excel abilities and expertise are essential.
• Knowledge of all main Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Desire to learn more about project management concepts.
• Strong organisational abilities, including the ability to handle and prioritise numerous activities at once.
• Professional demeanour.
• Excellent precision and attention to detail.
• Capacity to communicate fluently in English and in Mandarin or Cantonese.
