Role Summary

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll join our Partnerships, Engagement and Inclusion team, helping us work with communities, businesses and stakeholders to shape transport services and policies.
Join us in a fast paced public sector environment and gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
We look for people with a willingness to learn and a positive approach to developing new skills. No prior experience required.

What you’ll bring- Have an interest in public services and making a difference to communities, especially how transport supports people’s daily lives.
- Can communicate clearly and are willing to ask questions, share ideas and help solve problems.
- Are motivated to learn and develop yourself, both in the role and through your apprenticeship.
- Enjoy working with others as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
- Show initiative and are willing to take ownership of tasks, with support from your team.
- Desirable but not essential to have achieved GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above; if not, must be willing to study Functional Skills alongside apprenticeship.
18 month fixed term role with a starting salary of £26,532 per annum.
