Flexible Location We're looking for a Product & Propositions Executive to support the development, governance and ongoing management of our insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product management, customer insight and proposition development within a regulated environment. What You'll Do Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Support product development, customer journey improvements and change initiatives.

Assist with product governance, documentation and regulatory requirements. Analyse product performance and customer insights to support proposition enhancements. Manage product enquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders. Support policy wording updates, insurer onboarding and customer communications. Essential Experience in a product, proposition, operations, compliance, analytical or similar role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively.

A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a regulated environment.

Desirable Experience within insurance or financial services. Exposure to product governance, customer journeys or regulatory documentation. Knowledge of comparison sites such as Defaqto or Moneyfacts. Motor insurance experience would be advantageous.
