• Proven ownership of product strategy and delivery across Fixed and FMCT products with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading high performing eCommerce agile full stack squads (web and/or app)
• Strong track record of owning customer experience outcomes and commercial KPIs
• Demonstrable experience building and delivering product roadmaps within a wider cross‑functional programme
• Experience driving significant business change through product delivery

• A strong data‑led mindset with experience using insight and experimentation to inform decisions
• Ability to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable product goals and plans
• Confident stakeholder management across technology, commercial and operational teams
• Experience working within large scale digital or transformation programmes
• Passion for continuous improvement and evolving product ways of working
