Job Overview

Delivery Lead – permanent contract located at Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Willow House, Staines or Angel Court, London.

Salary: £56,000-£66,000 dependant on experience;
Full time: 37.5 Hours per week; 10% Management Scheme Bonus.

This role is responsible for the delivery of change initiatives or work streams of larger complex change initiatives, employing the appropriate identified delivery methodology (e.g. waterfall or agile).

• Lead planning, shaping and management of change initiatives or work streams in line with the identified delivery methodology to deliver defined business benefits and outcomes.
• Create and manage optimised project plans, budgets, critical success factors and key milestones for all work streams.
• Lead the appropriate project and workstream teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managers to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Identify and manage necessary change, business and IT resources, including SMEs and IT managers.
• Build high quality relationships with Executive Sponsors and Business Leads and other senior leaders across the business to achieve effective delivery of defined business outcomes.
• Engage and manage vendors, focusing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency, for the initiative and Bupa holistically.

• Experience in business and IT change to drive significant business benefits.
• Results oriented with a focus on adding value to Bupa.
• Strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across a wide range of senior stakeholders, including Board level reporting.
• Ability to thrive in pressurised environments, with a clear approach to decision making and a tenacious approach to problem solving.
• Experience in a regulated (FCA/CQC) and compliance led environment is desirable.
