Vets for Pets is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead CRM strategy and deliver campaigns enhancing customer engagement. With a focus on existing customers, this hybrid role involves close collaboration with the Senior CRM Manager while leading a small team. You will ensure CRM delivery across various channels and develop customer journey strategies to improve engagement and commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in CRM within B2C, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive attitude towards optimizing customer interactions. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
