Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office around two times a week
We’re looking for Value Creation Managers to join our Commercial team to help us create value that really matters - for our members, customers, suppliers and communities. These 12-month fixed term roles are ideal for people who enjoy delivering commercial impact, with clear ownership and visibility across the business.

What you’ll do- Use your commercial experience to spot opportunities for continuous improvement, reducing cost and driving efficiencies across our retail operation and supplier base
- Influence and collaborate with colleagues across the business, constructively challenging where needed to deliver the best outcomes
- Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners, building open, trusted relationships
- Create clear, insightful analysis and turn it into recommendations that influence decisions and improve end to end profitability
- Create value through promotional and range optimisation, supporting the delivery of our value strategy for members and customers

- Experience in a commercial role within retail or a supplier environment
- Flexible, resilient approach, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Confidence turning data into insight and communicating it in a clear, engaging way
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data meaningful for decision making
