As a Business Analyst at Chase de Vere, you will play a key role in supporting positive business change across the firm, acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions.

What Your Role Will Involve
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities and objectives, identifying the underlying business need behind proposed change.
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements using workshops, interviews, process reviews and data analysis.
  • Produce clear, structured and accurate requirements documentation to support project delivery and business decision-making.
  • Map current and future state business processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of practical solutions that improve customer, adviser and colleague outcomes.
  • Ensure requirements are reviewed, validated and approved by the appropriate stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business cases and change requests, helping stakeholders understand options, impacts, risks and benefits.
  • Manage and document key aspects of the change process, including timelines, actions, decisions, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Identify, document and help mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through effective impact assessments and RAID management.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and act as a trusted point of contact for business change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and discussions to support decision-making and ensure business requirements are clearly understood.
  • Support successful project delivery and ensure a smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
  • Work closely with the Business Analysis Manager, Fin Tech Team and wider stakeholders to support strategic and operational change initiatives.
What You Will Need
  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, impact assessment and stakeholder analysis.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements and support successful change delivery.
  • Knowledge of project and change management methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall approaches.
  • Ability to produce high quality business documentation including requirements specifications, process maps, impact assessments and handover materials.
  • Strong process mapping and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within financial services (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Miro, SharePoint or similar business analysis and collaboration tools (beneficial).
  • Awareness of AI enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and their application within business analysis and process improvement.
  • BCS Business Analysis Diploma or willingness to work towards professional qualifications (desirable).
